At Fre3dom, we have a very strict Work Hard Play Hard policy. We think a work/life balance is key to not only personal success, but a company’s success as well.
We participate in weekly, on-site yoga, pajamas days, pink Wednesdays, Red Fridays, and much more.
And no one works harder than Ginger......for a treat.
We know lighthearted jokes ease the tension of any day. We love the play practical jokes on one another and ‘one up’ each other....sometimes lasting months and months. What started as a silly client holiday gift, quickly turned into the Battle of the Upside Down Pineapple, lasting nearly a year.
We also know that sometimes we need a little something more. And the Fuck It Bucket was born.
Individual employees milestones are just as important as company milestones, so we celebration each and every birthday, work anniversary, baby and wedding shower.
Each month, Fre3dom and its team strive to host an out of office event to allow for relaxed time with colleagues. We try to center these activities around personal favorite from each team member: bowling, escape rooms, axe throwing and more.
We strongly believe in giving back and feeding into a community that has given so much to us. At Fre3dom, we know that our community can only continue to be great by pouring time and commitment into our youth, and that is why we continue to provide support where we are needed.
KC Pet Project Junior AchievementLead to Read has been a passion of Fre3dom Interiors since the doors opened in 2011. With only five employees back then, they all hopped in the same vehicle once a week to read to students in at risk schools in the metro area. Fre3dom still actively participates in weekly reading session and principal Carol Espinosa now serves on the board.
In 2022, Fre3dom gained partnerships with Bartow School’s IDEA Space and Guadalupe Centers High School to provide a Real World Learning experience for students grades 6-12.

The Free 2 Learn grant is just one way to fulfill our mission of enabling educators. Award winners are provided a complete classroom makeover. Through our Live Design process, Fre3dom, the teacher and administrators create a 3D model of their dream classroom with modern, flexible furniture.
