Masala Sweet Corn
Sweet or masala, everyone loves corn! This corn chaat recipe is simple and easy to make on a rainy day or as a snack for those late night hunger pangs. INGREDIENTS : 1. Boiled sweet corn – 2 cups 2. Butter – 1 tsp 3. Freedom Rice bran oil – 1 tsp 4. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. 5. Chilli flakes – ½ tsp. 6. Black pepper – ½ tsp. 7. Pinch of garam masala 8. Salt to taste 9. Freedom Physically Refined Rice Bran Oil (less absorbent, light and mild in taste, is best for any Indian snack recipe)
