Grow Finish Production Supervisor Job Responsibilities include: Assist and provide leadership to Growers & Independent Contractors in their farm’s productivity. Help ensure all farms are achieving their production goals. Work closely with Suidae Health & Production Veterinarians & Director of Management Services in maintaining good production or troubleshooting and improving productivity as needed. Necessary Qualifications include: 2 years of grow finish farm management; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work as a member of a team.
