Rotisserie Chicken: 10 ways to a quick dinner 1. SALADS: Add chicken to lettuce and veggies for a dose of protein which keeps you full.

2. SANDWICHES & WRAPS: Mix pulled chicken with chipotle mayo and raw veggies. Roll into a whole-wheat tortilla, or use whole-grain bread. Eat cold or grill to warm.

3. SOUPS: Add 2 cups chicken chunks to 3 cans chicken broth; add a bag of mixed vegetables and 1 cup uncooked rice. Add ½ teaspoon poultry seasoning. Simmer until all are tender.

4. PIZZA: Top a pizza with sauce followed with pulled chicken; add a cheese and some chopped broccoli for a veggie.

6. MEXICAN: Mix shredded chicken with black beans, green chilies, salsa, corn or sautéed peppers. Heat until bubbly in the microwave, then spoon mixture into tortillas or taco shells.

7. PASTA: Try this: 2 cups chicken chunks, 1 jar Ragu Cheesy Light Parmesan and Mozzarella Sauce, 16-oz. bag of cooked California mix veggies and ½ pound cooked rotini. Mix together and add about ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese.

8. BBQ SANDWICH: Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce and put on a whole-wheat roll.

9. SKILLET MEAL: Add chicken chunks to frozen bagged skillet meals. No need to cook the chicken separately!

10. CHICKEN-IN-A-BOWL: Start with mashed potatoes on the bottom, add a handful of chicken chunks, top with juices from the chicken container or warm gravy, and garnish with cheese.

Rotisserie Chicken: 10 ways to a quick dinner 1. SALADS: Add chicken to lettuce and veggies for a dose of protein which keeps you full.

2. SANDWICHES & WRAPS: Mix pulled chicken with chipotle mayo and raw veggies. Roll into a whole-wheat tortilla, or use whole-grain bread. Eat cold or grill to warm.

3. SOUPS: Add 2 cups chicken chunks to 3 cans chicken broth; add a bag of mixed vegetables and 1 cup uncooked rice. Add ½ teaspoon poultry seasoning. Simmer until all are tender.

4. PIZZA: Top a pizza with sauce followed with pulled chicken; add a cheese and some chopped broccoli for a veggie.

6. MEXICAN: Mix shredded chicken with black beans, green chilies, salsa, corn or sautéed peppers. Heat until bubbly in the microwave, then spoon mixture into tortillas or taco shells.

7. PASTA: Try this: 2 cups chicken chunks, 1 jar Ragu Cheesy Light Parmesan and Mozzarella Sauce, 16-oz. bag of cooked California mix veggies and ½ pound cooked rotini. Mix together and add about ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese.

8. BBQ SANDWICH: Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce and put on a whole-wheat roll.

9. SKILLET MEAL: Add chicken chunks to frozen bagged skillet meals. No need to cook the chicken separately!

10. CHICKEN-IN-A-BOWL: Start with mashed potatoes on the bottom, add a handful of chicken chunks, top with juices from the chicken container or warm gravy, and garnish with cheese.
