35 PEOPLE WITH HEARING LOSS
QUALIFIED PARTICIPANTS NEEDED
We are looking for people like you who may be experiencing varying levels of hearing loss, including tinnitus, to evaluate a remarkable line of digital hearing instruments that could be the solution to your difficulties. Call us toll free today at one of the numbers below to see if you qualify. Potential candidates will be given a FREE hearing screening (including Video Otoscopy) to determine candidacy. Qualified participants will be given a FREE In-Office demonstration and the opportunity to evaluate the latest technology for 45 days at drastically reduced rates. A refund* is available at the end of the test period if you feel your test instruments do not improve your hearing. A full range of sizes are available in this technology, including the Invisible-In-Canal (IIC) featured here with advanced HD Speech Focus Processing™ technology. The custom-fit Invisible-In-Canal (IIC) hearing aid rests comfortably in the second bend of your ear canal. This allows it to use the ear’s natural acoustics and anatomy to deliver more precise, natural sound—AND it is completely undetectable to the outside world. Unlike extended wear deep insertion aids, the IIC can be removed and reinserted daily to promote better hearing health.
Think hearing aids should be heard, not seen? The Invisible-In-Canal hearing aids might just be your answer. This 100% custom, invisible-whenworn hearing aid is designed with the advanced HD Speech Focus Processing™ technology that is so fast, it analyzes incoming sound 20,000 times a second, eliminating feedback and quieting background noise so speech can come through more clearly. You get all the features and benefits you want in a digital hearing aid - minus the visual stigma that comes with wearing one.

*Full refund of security deposit. Depending on level of customization necessary, fitting/restocking fees may still apply. Benefits of hearing instruments vary by type and degree of hearing loss, noise in the environment, accuracy of hearing test and proper fit.
Candidates are now being selected.
The selection process will end on AUG. 25th, 2017. CALL TOLL-FREE TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Join us for a fun day out and enjoy this show about three wacky gals who promote their new (fictional) cookbook with the use of music, comedy, audience interaction and a bit of wisdom for living a healthy life, “the Lutheran way!” The variety show features songs and inspired improvisation in an evening of hilarious entertainment that appeals to all ages. We will dine at the Cracker Barrel prior to the show. Call for price and time.
Join us for a fun outing to Amish Country! We’ll have a wonderful dinner in a special location, along with goodies to purchase and time to explore. A price for the best costume (you will be judged by vote of the group). It’s not mandatory that you wear costume, but it will add to the fun! Treats for all on this beautiful adventure.

HealthMarket Caitlin’s Tip of the Week!
Sugar, Sugar Sugar is a hot topic on social media, in the news, and in our homes. How much is too much? Is one kind of sugar better than another? Unfortunately, there is no simple answer. Excess sugar in the diet usually leads to extra calorie consumption without any added nutrient benefits. But does it have to be totally cut out? This is a very personal choice – one you as a consumer have control over in your home. As a dietitian, I encourage people to be mindful about what is in their food, pay attention to what, how much, and how often they are consuming sugar – but most of all, to enjoy their food and the experience of eating as part of a well-balanced diet full of variety. Here are some general recommendations:
• USDA Recommendations for Americans: o Limit added sugars and solid fats to 5-15% of your daily calories (in conjunction with consuming the correct number of calories). o 1 teaspoon of table sugar (4.2 grams) has about 16 calories. • Some sugar occurs naturally in foods – even in very healthy foods o Milk and dairy products (healthy choices!) – contain lactose, a natural sugar (most cheese contains very little lactose) o Fruits and vegetables (healthy choices!) – contain fructose & glucose, natural sugars The information is not intended as medical advice. Please consult a medical professional for individual advice.
