Did you know?
FRED’s Corporate support team is always happy to help and loves to hear your ideas and feedback!
Accounting is just a portion of what the PM Accounting Department team members do While the debits and credits of financials are what drive us, being a resource to all the other FRED departments is also very important You’ve probably reached out to Zang, Trisha, Iven, Choua, or me for assistance, but can you guess which fun fact belongs to which team member?
Has traveled to 15 countries.. so far Loves road trips
Enjoys tent camping, fishing, and roller coasters Plays guitar (since ‘88) and loves concerts
Transitioning lease signing to the Regional Managers a while ago and realigning accounting property assignments on a regional basis has allowed the team more time to hon their ownership of assigned properties and work more effectively with the Directors, Regionals, Property Managers, and the rest of the PM Team on accounting-related questions and support Trisha, in addition to helping with all things at the corporate office, also performs lease audits, monitors past resident collections, and is excited to take on a few more tasks
The accountants play a key role in the processing of former resident security deposits The process ends with A/P or Trisha printing out the Security Deposit letters and any associated backup and mailing. Thanks to the help of the Ops Department, moving forward, the accountants will be emailing these items to former residents directly out of Entrata This will reduce the cost and time A/P and Trisha spend on this process and will improve communication with former residents, allowing for the PM Accounting Department to be even more efficient Next time you reach out to one of us, be sure to guess whose fun fact belongs to who!

August 15th, 2024 marked the first ever companywide FRED Game Day at American Family Field!
Our day started at Helfaer Field, American Family Field’s version of the “field of dreams”, which sits where the former County Stadium once stood.
Despite the rain, we made the most of the morning in good company by enjoying food and drinks and celebrating Brett Miller’s big 60th birthday A highlight of the day was the random drawing to determine who would select the non-profit receiving this year’s $5,000 event donation. Lizette Walker at 22 Slate was the lucky winner, who chose NAMI, the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization The team will host a check presentation with NAMI Wisconsin on August 30th, 2024.
The team then headed to American Family Field to watch the Milwaukee Brewers take on the Los Angeles Dodgers. In good luck, the Brewers won 6-4 and gave us a great game.
We look forward to next year’s FRED Game Day and appreciate all of the team members who joined us on this rainy but fabulous day of FRED fun You can check out additional event photos here.
Seasons at Grafton, one of FRED’s newest communities, is quickly taking shape and nearing the start of pre-leasing! To celebrate construction progress and the project’s promising future, FRED’s corporate team members, construction team, and Grafton community members gathered for an afternoon at the construction site
Hosted in the unfinished clubhouse, the event featured catering and beverages from vendors local to Grafton (Sendik’s Food Market and Sahale Ale Works) as a nod to the excitement we feel for adding another property to the community.
After brief presentations from Brett Miller (President & CEO), Craig Raddatz (Executive VP), and Andy Kiener (Senior Director of New Development), the open house began Renderings detailing the future finishes and amenities of the project were scattered throughout the room and guests were invited to join for hard hat tours of the future model home, which was just a short distance from the under-construction clubhouse
Without the help of the FRED construction team pulling the clubhouse together and watching for safety hazards at every turn, this event would not have been possible. Special thanks to Kris Slater, Tiffany Walisiewicz, Grant Fischer, George Vernon, Ben Gehrand, Keith Klettke, Earl Vanderwielen, Manny Ornelas, and Tim Wittkopp who made sure every detail was in place This event is proof of FRED’s ability to be all-hands-on-deck!

FRED communities hosted fun events all summer long, but as the saying goes - “Pics or it didn’t happen”. Ridge View used photos to tell residents about the ‘hydration station’ open on the hottest days and show off this patriotic pug
“Ridge View’s end-of-summer pool party was a fantastic event! The combination of a taco truck, raffle prizes, a DJ, and fun pool games must have created a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for residents to enjoy,” said Lisa Rollins, Property Manager.
Sharing the fun on social helps residents look back on good memories and future residents see what they can look forward to Bonus points if you tagged local businesses that donated prizes or catered your event!

With the holiday season approaching, Lefse will be gracing my family's table often I spend a whole day with my grandparents making Lefse, which has become a yearly tradition for the three of us to do together. I get to listen to them bicker and make jokes while we boil, peel, rice, and mix all the ingredients together We always mess one up for a tester to eat mid-way through the process.
