Site logistics discussions and project understanding are more fruitful with visual management utilizing drone 360 photos. It makes it much easier for teams to see what needs to be done and when it needs to be done. Click here to view an interactive 3D drone image of Seasons at Mount Pleasant
All the designs, surveys, and measurements are in one database and are accessible through an online portal
The exhaustive amount of data that can be collected translates into better conversations and understanding of project progression and improved planning. Project information can also be assessed more rapidly, so surveys that previously took weeks can now take just minutes
Conduct high frequency site surveys to capture changes as they occur and spot and address problems before they become expensive or calamitous Perform quick volume calculations of material moved for contract conformance and keep a paper trail for any disputes Layer recent surveys against linework and design files to visualize what’s been done and calculate what’s left to do Access survey data anywhere, anytime using cloud based software across any of the field, office, or subcontractor staff

A Bright Future at FRED
By Jackie Forecki, Director of Human Resources
We created the Organizational Development Department to support career growth and continuous development, carving out time during your workday for you to invest in yourself and build your skillset through various training opportunities. Along with this, we are now able to get our new team members up and running more quickly with consistent onboarding materials
Human Resources
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion have become a focal point for the company. We want this to be a place every employee feels comfortable to be themselves. We have annual and monthly trainings for all employees, focusing on education and creating an intentionally inclusive environment for FRED. We also have an Inclusion Group that meets every other month to keep the conversation going learning, sharing, and growing together. It’s voluntary participation and you can attend whichever meetings you like (email the HR Team for more info if you’d like to join).
We implemented additional holidays to recognize the significance of the event and allow you to celebrate or honor the day in your own way. We have an updated robust Recruiting process to bring in the best talent out there! With all our positive changes in both process and people management, we have been able to decrease our turnover by 26%! This gives more stability to our teams so you can focus on your day to day. Thanks for being the most important part of our business and creating such a fantastic culture. There’s a bright future at FRED and I’m glad you’re all part of it! 2017 2018 2019 2020 2021 2022 ...and counting!
We added Paid Medical Leave and Parental Bonding Leave. We’re a FRED family and it’s important that we’re there for you, making sure you and your family are supported through all life events. The most important aspect of FRED is you: our team members! Without your skillsets and contributions, none of our successes and growth would be possible. We always strive to listen to where you need support and invest in resources to do so. As we continue to make FRED one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, it’s a good time to reflect on all the changes we have made over the last few years.

GOOD NEWS
Lyndsey recently did a comment contest on Facebook for Brewers tickets. The tickets were for a Friday game at 8pm (which requires a lot more planning for residents coming from Green Bay). The comment contest included a fun question: "What's your favorite game day snack?", which got 16 answers from residents with unique snacks - a really high number considering their previous posts and engagement. The winner was announced on Facebook, but had a COLIN WELCH, Foxcroft

My wife and I adopted our first dog. Her name is Sniper and she's a 1.5 year old Greyhound. She was born in West Virginia but wasn't quite fast enough to join her siblings at the racetrack so she was sent to Wisconsin to find a forever home. She's very playful and is adjusting well to her new family. oodlands 'Tis the season for baby birds. When Krista overheard a conversation I was having with Willie and that there was a baby bird still alive on the ground, she asked Willie to bring it back. I knew if there was a chance for this very tiny bird, it was Krista. Over the next couple of days she regulated its body temperature with a microfiber cloth we had in the office, crushing softened dog treats with water for food. Two days later, I found ANOTHER one. They seemed to thrive
My only daughter, Caitlyn, graduated high school in June and will be attending UW-Madison this fall. She is undecided on Major, but we are confident she will figure it out this upcoming semester. She's musically talented (plays several instruments) and loves Math and Tennis. She is the first in our immediate family to attend a Big Ten college and live the dorm life. We are super proud and can’t wait to see what her future holds. last minute conflict on Wednesday and had to return the tickets. Lyndsey promptly e-mailed me and was on top of picking a new winner and notifying them ASAP. The new winner, Blake Krumm, was so happy to be able to go! Lyndsey even asked me to help randomly select the winner because she lived on the property and wanted to make sure things were as fair as possible. I admire her investment in the contest and residents' experiences; glad it was so successful! together. Krista cared for these birds at home and at work, feeding them every 15-20 minutes. It was quite a marvel to see these birdies transform. And in a matter of about 12 days, off they flew!

Corporate backyard to resemble Lambeau Field, and “Little Lambeau” became home to countless neighborhood touch football games. While my friends and I have grown up and moved away, football still helps us stay in touch. Traveling home for a Packers game is the perfect excuse to get together. So is our in-person fantasy football draft, an annual tradition in my long running league with childhood friends. Worlds collided when Carnival with cotton candy and cupcake ferris wheel, a Fiesta with an outstanding taco bar, and for 2022, a Hawaiian Luau complete with a roasted pig and tropical fruit tree! Despite the rainy weather early in the day, it dried out enough for the event to go on. Residents were entered in a raffle for prizes and children in a raffle for toys. As she does every year, Kathy prepared all the food for the event; no small feat, to prep for 100 guests! Our Maintenance Supervisor, Nick, manned the roasting pig, and Tim, Izabelle, and Keithen, assisted with set up/clean up. It was an all hands on deck event and a testament to the dedication of the Stone Point Team to our residents. Here's to another successful Summer Event!

Growing up in Green Bay, football was a way of life. I attended Vince Lombardi Middle School, and my high school was on Packerland Drive.
