While producing accurate financials is a key part of our function, we are all about the numbers. In the last year, we’ve processed 4,747 deposit accountings and 34,738 invoices, printed 24,133 checks, handled 9,308 phone calls at the front desk queue, posted 5,640 journal entries, reviewed and signed 9,438 leases, and

Property Manager, Karla Schultz, has witnessed a strong sense of community as residents often gather for Packer games, barbecues, dinner parties, and weekly games of mahjong. Many of their original residents still call Wells Street Station home today. And if you love pets, this is the place to be! Their 4-legged, furry friends occupy over 65% of their apartments! Even though COVID-19 has presented some restrictions around the property, residents have adapted well and have made efforts to keep their small community safe. The Wells Street Station team takes great pride in providing comfort to those who have made this place their choice for home.

I enjoy working out. This is my “me” time. I have a personal trainer who I train with 2-3 times a week. I also enjoy cardio kick boxing (which my trainer leads as well). I do this 3 times a week plus a cardio boot camp every Sunday morning! It is such a great stress reliever and so much fun! One thing a lot of people don’t know about me is that I am a First Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo (bet you wouldn’t have guessed that)! I earned my Black Belt a little over a year ago, which has taught me great discipline and determination, amongst other things. The gym, whether it’s personal training, cardio kick boxing, or TKD (Taekwondo), is my happy place!
PROJECT UPDATE 1505 APARTMENTS + TOWNHOMES The Grafton Living Trifecta

Apartments, aka The Lumber Yard, is a 47 unit apartment building that is three stories with one level of underground parking. Construction started in October 2017 and finished September 2018. 1505 is comprised of three facets. Phase one of 1505 Apartments is a four story building with lower level parking and commercial space, community room, fitness center, and rooftop lounge. It has 77 units and was under construction from June 2016 to August 2017. Their commercial tenants are Oasis Healthcare, Grafton Orthodontics, Fiddleheads Coffee Grafton, Sahale Ale Works, and The Lumberyard Plaza.
The newest addition, 1505 Townhomes, is a three story building with six units, each with private entry and parking. Construction spanned from April to November 2020.
