The soul who sins will die – Ezekiel 18:4 (Romans 6:23) a) A righteous father, he will live – Ezekiel 18:5-9 b) A violent son, he will die – Ezekiel 18:10-13 c) A righteous son, he will live – Ezekiel 18:14-18 d) The son will not share the guilt, or the righteousness, of the father or the father of the son – Ezekiel 18:19-20 (Exodus 20:4-6; John 9:1-3) III. The wicked Man who repents will be saved – Ezekiel 18:21-23 a) His sins will be remembered no more. (Psalm 103:11-12) b) God does not delight in the death of the wicked. (Luke 19:10, 2 Peter 3:9) IV. The righteous man who becomes wicked will die – Ezekiel 18:24 a) Hebrews 6:4-6 V. God is just and He will judge each man according to his works – Ezekiel 18:25-29 a) Matthew 25:31-36, 40, 45-46 VI. Repent and Live – Ezekiel 18:30-32
