Incollaborationwithresident architect Marco Calvino, residents and families fromthebroader community joined us for a creative and engagingmorning of connection anddiscovery. Together, they designed andbuilt a paper house city, exploredthe limits of structural design andengineering, andenjoyedlive music, morning tea andgreat community company.

The Peninsula Collection -Meet Your Neighbour

Weinvited our newest residents toThe Quarry for an afternoon of celebration, music, drinks and an opportunity for a commemorative photo ontheir new homesite. It was a wonderful afternoon filled withgenuine neighbourly vibes, great conversation andmoments of connection.

DEVELOPMENT UPDATE

Agrowingcommunity

The Quarry community continues to grow, with a number of new homes being completed each month and more residents settling into the neighbourhood.

Below is an update on some of the key projects currently underway across the development.

The Promenade and Release Seven

Works within The Promenade and Release Seven precincts have transitioned to the civil construction phase as we work towards settlements anticipated for September and Q4 respectively.

The current turnaround area at the end of Ridgeline Way near the Sales Display will be removed to allow Ridgeline Way to loop and connect through to Dianella Terrace in Release Five.

Phase Two Amenities

Construction of the next stage of community amenities is set to commence within the coming month.

This stage will include two additional pools, surrounding greenspace and enhanced recreational amenity areas. It will be exciting to see these new spaces come to life and we look forward to celebrating their completion.

The gym and sauna will form Stage Two of the amenity expansion, with further updates to be shared soon.

Body corporate

The Quarry Home Owners Club recently held its AGM, with the committee made up of Frasers Property and members of The Quarry community. It's great to see residents actively involved and helping shape the community we all value.

Committee meetings are held monthly at ClubQ. While committee roles are currently filled, all residents are welcome to attend, stay informed and contribute as general members.
