Community events Christmas in July Trivia A little Christmas magic arrived in the community as residents gathered for a festive Christmas in July celebration. Guests shook up their own cocktails, put their knowledge to the test with Around the World Christmas trivia, and enjoyed great company, while our younger residents stayed busy creating colourful Christmas bunting to take home. The event was filled with laughter and plenty of festive cheer.

Making Room for Connection with Keperra Sanctuary
It’s time to celebrate as we head towards the end of another wonderful year. A year of dream homes coming to life and many residents embracing community life at The Quarry.
Buzzing into Spring School Holidays Spring was in full bloom at our school holiday workshop, where young residents enjoyed creativity and discovery. Children crafted beeswax lip balm, made seed bombs to attract pollinators, and designed beautiful watercolour bookmarks and festive Christmas wrapping paper.
After recently selling their home in Bardon, the Ghidella family were drawn to the welcoming atmosphere, natural surroundings and strong community they've experienced at The Quarry.

Having attended many of our community events over the past year, Carlye and Trevor have been grateful for the genuine connections they've made along the way. It's these shared experiences that have helped make their transition to a new part of Brisbane feel so seamless. As they continue to explore Keperra and
settle into this exciting new chapter, they're looking forward to creating lasting memories and putting down long-term roots at The Quarry. If you see Carlye, Trevor and their family around the community, be sure to say hello and help make them feel right at home.

Construction Update
Plans for the future Hillside Amphitheatre beside The Summit are now ready for resident feedback. Join our Frasers Property team and FourFold Studio for an interactive community focus group and share your ideas on how this space could support connection, recreation and community life. Your feedback will help inform the future design, ensuring the amphitheatre reflects the aspirations, lifestyle and experiences that make The Quarry such a special place to call home. As we look forward to celebrating with residents who have recently settled their homesites within The Promenade Collection, there’s plenty of exciting progress continuing across the community. Construction is advancing well in Release Seven, where 33 new homesites are beginning to take shape. Following these works, our contractor will continue south into three additional stages as we prepare to release new land in the new year. We're excited to see these areas continue to evolve through to the end of the year.
Phase Two Amenities Naturform Contractors have been appointed to deliver the next phase of the ClubQ pool and outdoor amenities. The pool structures for ClubQ have now been constructed. However, we have paused while the team work through a re-design of the elevated walkway to ensure the footings of the structure do not impede underground services. Cosntruction will recommence in late October, with a target opening of Autum 2027. We look forward to sharing some sneak peaks of this area over the next couple of months and celebrating the opening of these amenities next year with the community.
