Important Information Lots will only be placed on hold upon receipt of a fully completed and executed Expression of Interest (EOI) form, together with satisfactory identification documentation. Settlement is currently anticipated for September 2026, subject to change. All lots will be sold on an unconditional contract basis with a 10% deposit, with settlement occurring 14 days following registration of titles. An initial $5,000 Holding Deposit will be payable at time of EOI, at which time contracts will be issued.
