Public Release Process Round Mountain South Village Release Three will be held on Saturday, 8 August 2026.

Due to high levels of demand, an online system has been established to ensure everyone has a fair chance to secure a lot. All land lots will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

Please follow these steps to participate in South Village Release Three.

1. Ensure you have registered your interest for the release by 5pm (AEST) Thursday, 6 August 2026, to receive the 'Request to Purchase' Booking Tool link on Friday, 7 August 2026.

2. Review all provided documentation ahead of release including the release process, terms and conditions, stage plans and design guidelines.

3. Decide on your preferred lot. Due to high demand, we recommend that you have a minimum of three preferred lots. Please note that only one lot per release can be purchased by an individual/couple/family/or company.

4. On Friday, 7 August 2026 at 10am (AEST), all subscribed members will receive an email from Frasers Property Australia with a link to the online 'Request to Purchase' Booking Tool.

5. The online 'Request to Purchase' Booking Tool will close at 5pm (AEST) on Friday, 7 August 2026.

6. There will be a maximum of 18 sales appointments available for South Village Release Three. Secure the earliest appointment available to you for the best selection of properties.

7. To support buyers looking to call Round Mountain home, investment sales are limited to 20% across the entire release. This includes both the priority and public release periods. Investment sales within the release period are limited to a maximum of five (5) lots only. If this allocation is exhausted during the priority release period, no investment sales will be available during the public release period. During this release period, you will be required to sign a Statutory Declaration confirming your purchasing status (investor or owner occupier) and the accuracy of information.

8. Sales appointments will take place between Saturday, 8 August 2026 and Sunday, 9 August 2026. Each appointment will run for 45 minutes, during which you will be required to select your preferred lot. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time and bring valid identification (passport, driver’s licence, and Medicare card), along with your solicitor’s details.

9. A holding deposit of $2,000 via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) will be required on the release day. You will be required to sign a Contract of Sale by DocuSign within 7 days once issued and pay the balance of the 10% deposit within 14 days of contract date.

Request to Purchase Terms and Conditions Round Mountain South Village Release Three will be held on Saturday, 8 August 2026.

To be eligible to purchase in the South Village Release Three, you must agree to the terms and conditions of the Request to Purchase Booking Tool.

1. These terms and conditions govern your use of the Frasers Property Australia Request to Purchase Booking Tool in purchasing a lot at Round Mountain during the South Village Release Three (“Request to Purchase Tool”). By using the Request to Purchase Booking Tool, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Ensure you have registered your interest for the release by 5pm (AEST) Thursday, 6 August 2026, to receive the 'Request to Purchase' Booking Tool link on Friday, 7 August 2026.

3. You must use the Request to Purchase Tool to book a sales appointment. No other method of booking appointments will be accepted.

4. The Request to Purchase Tool opens at 10am (AEST) on Friday, 7 August 2026 and closes at 5pm (AEST) on Friday, 7 August 2026. Appointments booked, or attempted to be booked, outside of these times will not be accepted by Frasers Property Australia.

7. Frasers Property Australia will determine the order of sales appointments in its absolute discretion. One of the factors used by Frasers Property Australia will be the time and date on which the 'Request to Purchase' appointment is received.

9. You acknowledge that registration via the Request to Purchase Tool does not give you a legal right or guarantee to purchase a lot, including during the release. There may be more people registering using the Request to Purchase page than there are lots available for purchase. You agree not to make a claim against Frasers Property Australia if you are not able to purchase a lot, or if you are impaired from purchasing a lot, for any reason, including the negligence or error of Frasers Property Australia.

10. You may be prevented, delayed, or impaired from using the Request to Purchase Tool for several reasons, including due to infrastructure failures like internet or telecommunication outages, or impairment or failure of the Request to Purchase Tool (including due to technical breakdown) or impairment or failure of your equipment, including due to viruses, hacking or other technical issues. You agree not to make a claim against Frasers Property Australia if you are unable to use the Request to Purchase Tool, or if you are provided a less favourable Registration preference, due to any of the problems set out in this paragraph, irrespective of who is responsible.

11. By submitting this form and using the Request to Purchase Tool, you agree that Frasers Property Australia can use your personal information to offer you the opportunity to purchase a lot and to promote its products and services. Frasers Property Australia agrees to comply with its privacy policy in its collection of personal information, which can be viewed here https://www.frasersproperty.com.au/privacy.

12. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the state in which the development is located. References to Frasers Property Australia means Frasers Property AHL Pty Ltd ACN 008 443 696, its related bodies corporate (as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) and includes its offers, employees, contractors or agents.

13. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such provision is deemed to be struck out and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. All information contained within the Contract takes precedence over these terms and conditions.

14. Care & Rewards Special Conditions for South Village Release Three apply. If you are unsuccessful in securing a purchasing appointment during the Care & Rewards priority period and are hoping to make Round Mountain your home, you may also choose to purchase outside of the priority period. Purchases made after the Care & Rewards allocation has been exhausted will not be eligible for the Care & Rewards member rebate, however qualification for any tier level adjustments will apply.

Your Property Choice and our Sales Advice & Holding Deposit Process: Queensland Anti-Money Laundering Identity Verification From 1 July, 2026 changes to Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 mean that we now have a legal obligation to verify your identity before we can provide services to you.

Step 1: Confirm Your Property Selection Once you’ve chosen your property with our Sales Team, we’ll prepare the necessary documentation to proceed.

Step 2: Complete Sales Advice •

You will be asked to complete a Sales Advice and verify your identity.

This Sales Advice outlines the terms of your purchase, including the Holding Deposit, which will form part of your final deposit under the terms of the contract.

The Sales Advice will be sent to you via DocuSign for electronic signing.

•

The verification of identity will occur on the Agent’s nominated digital platform1.

Step 3: Holding Deposit Payment Instructions •

Holding Deposit Amount: $2,000.

•

Payment Account: All deposits must be paid into Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor’s Trust Account.

These Trust Account details are on the Sales Advice.

Do not transfer funds to any other account.

Should you wish to do so, you can confirm Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor’s Trust Account Details by calling them directly. Their details are noted on the Sales Advice.

Please remember to send a copy of your payment receipt to your Project Sales Manager, so that Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor can confirm receipt of your deposit.

An Initial Deposit cannot be paid until after you have complied with your verification of identity process.

Step 4: Confirmation •

Once your Holding Deposit is receipted, you (or your solicitor) will receive a formal confirmation from Frasers Property Australia’s solicitor.

All communication regarding deposits will come from Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor.

Step 5: Refund Policy

Your Holding Deposit is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed to contract signing.

To process your Holding Deposit refund, you or your solicitor must provide your account details directly to Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor that you have paid the initial deposit to. Their details are noted on the Sales Advice.

Please do not give your account details to Frasers Property Australia.

Unless otherwise specified, the Initial Deposit must be refunded to the same account from which it was originally paid.
