To secure and confirm your purchase you will need to complete an Expression of Interest (EOI) form including a refundable payment of $5,000. The $5,000 deposit will contribute towards your 10% deposit once you exchange sales contracts. Email your proof of payment to the Sales Team along with your EOI within 48 hours of receiving your successful phone call to finalise your purchase. Once this has been received your contract will be prepared and sent to you or your preferred Queensland nominated solicitor for review within 10 days. Balance of deposit Your balance of deposit will be payable on or before 14 days from the date of your contract. Please ensure you provide a copy of any deposit payment receipts to the sales team.
