Priority and VIP Pre-Release Process The Midtown Treehouse release will be available to Prosperity members and their referred family on Thursday 21st July 2022. Due to high levels of demand, a registration system has been put in place to ensure everyone has a fair chance to secure a home. All properties will be sold on a first come, first serviced basis. T&Cs apply Please follow these steps to participate in the Priority and VIP Pre-Release.

When Now

Step/Action 1. Register your interest to receive your invitation to book an information session to find out more about the Treehouse release.

2. Once registered, a Midtown Sales Consultant will contact you to book an appointment between 2 July and 17 July 2022 to preview floorplans, indicative pricing and explain the sales process.

Once you have attended an appointment, you will be sent a link to the Customer Information Page where you can view information to make an informed decision to purchase in Treehouse and download the Request to Purchase Form. To register for the Priority and VIP Pre-Release on the 21 July, submit your completed Request to Purchase Form to midtown@frasersproperty.com.au no later than 4pm (AEST), Monday 18 July 2022.

Submit request to purchase and family referral forms 4pm (AEST) is the deadline to submit a completed Request to Purchase Form to register your interest to purchase a Property within the Midtown Treehouse release and be part of the Priority and VIP Pre - Release of Treehouse on the 21 July 2022. Submit your completed Request to Purchase Form to midtown@frasersproperty.com.au by 4pm (AEST), Monday 18th July 2022.

4pm (AEST) is also the deadline to refer family and submit sufficient certified documents to prove the relationship between family member and Prosperity member. 12pm, Tuesday, Confirmation email 19 July 2022 If you submit a completed Request to Purchase Form, you will receive a confirmation email from Frasers Property on Tuesday 19 July 2022, confirming your registration and you will become a Registered Purchaser.

This email will include a unique link to the online Request to Purchase page as well as instructions on how to use the Request to Purchase Tool. This will give you access to make your Request to Purchase once the countdown clock opens at 12pm (AEST) on Thursday 21st July 2022.

The online Request to Purchase page will confirm your registered details (name & email) and will have a countdown timer that indicates the time remaining until registrations open at 12pm (AEST) on Thursday 21st July 2022.

Request to purchase 1. 11:50am AEST – Open the online Request to Purchase Tool via the link in the email. You will have access to the Registration Tool page 10 mins prior to opening. The page will open at 12pm (AEST) sharp.

2. 12:00pm AEST - The online Request to Purchase page will automatically refresh and you will need to click ‘register’ as soon as it appears to submit your details for your chance to purchase an apartment within Treehouse at Midtown, Macquarie Park.

3. 12:30pm AEST – Request to Purchase Tool page closes and the Priority and VIP Pre-Release period ends.

You will not be able to participate in the Priority and VIP Pre-Release once closed and those who missed the Priority and VIP Pre-Release period can still purchase during public release.

Notification of apartment allocation Once the Request to Purchase period closes, at 12:30pm (AEST) on Thursday 21st July 2022, the Midtown Sales Team will commence contacting people in the order requests have been received. Prosperity members will be contacted first, followed by referred family and then the public.

If successful, this will provide you with the opportunity to purchase your apartment in the Treehouse release at Midtown, Macquarie Park. We know you will be very eager to have your chance to purchase, however please be patient, we will contact you as soon as we can.

Please be contactable by phone on the number you provided on the Request to Purchase form.



If the Midtown Sales Team cannot contact you, we will endeavour to leave you a voicemail or SMS, however you will lose your request to purchase priority and the Midtown team will contact the next prioritised request to purchase customer.



The Midtown Sales Team will endeavour to contact you on your nominated telephone number a second time. Once you return a call to the Midtown Sales Team you will resume priority ahead of the remaining request to purchase customers who have not yet been contacted.



If the Midtown Sales Team is unable to contact you after the second attempt and you do not contact the Midtown Sales Team before we finish contacting all request to purchase customers, Frasers Property Australia reserve the right to forfeit your request to purchase and any opportunity to purchase a Property during the initial sales release of Treehouse at Midtown, Macquarie Park.

Purchasing a Property When you are contacted by Midtown Sales Team, you may be provided with an opportunity to purchase a property in the Treehouse release at Midtown, Macquarie Park (Property). If you wish to secure that opportunity, you must: a. pay a non-refundable administration fee of $500 over the phone via eftpos, or direct payment into the bank account specified by the Midtown Sales Team (“Administration Fee”) within 2 hours of being contacted by the Midtown Sales Team; and b. provide a valid receipt showing the successful transfer of the Administration Fee (if payment is via direct deposit), together with a copy of your Passport &/or Driver’s Licence; and c. Once the documents specified in (b) above have been received you will be emailed a Sales Advice for you to review, sign & date via Docusign, within 2 hours of receipt of the requirements listed in (b) above.

2. Once Frasers Property Australia confirms receipt of the Administration Fee and a duly signed sales advice, the exclusivity deed will be sent to the Registered Purchaser’s nominated solicitor or conveyancer within 24 hours of receipt of completed sales advice.

3. To purchase a Property, the Registered Purchaser must pay the balance of $5,000 by 5pm (AEST) on Friday 29th July 2022 and exchange via exclusivity deed.

4. The Registered Purchaser must exchange the Contract within ten days of contract issue, but not before 15th September 2022. Payment of the deposit under the Contract and other conditions of purchase are governed by the Contract.

5. If you choose not to proceed with the sale between reserving the property on Thursday 21st July 2022, and paying the $5,000 exclusivity deed by Friday 29th July 2022, you will forfeit the $500 non-refundable administration fee.

6. If you decide not to purchase the property after exchange of exclusivity deed, you will forfeit the $5,000 exclusivity fee.
