Care Team A Prosperity Care team member will be assigned to each customer.

Repeat Purchase Rewards Members will receive a 2%* reward for their second purchase and 3%* for any subsequent purchases.

FAQs and Processes Which developments participate in the Prosperity program? For a list of participating developments, visit www.frasersproperty.com.au/prosperity/participatingdevelopments. Please note some projects are only partially participating, meaning not all benefits apply.

What happens to my customer after they have purchased from FPA? If you continue to nurture your relationship with the customer and you are not appointed to a project for some reason, then a referral commission (1% on the Net Purchase Price) will be paid.

How do I launch a project with Prosperity? Contact your Agent Alliance Manager for a 30 minute briefing.

They will provide assets for you to distribute.

Who pays for marketing events? This depends on the kind of event you choose to hold and who it targets. Prosperity will contribute to any events held for Prosperity members and project teams will contribute to any events held about the project. Once you arrange your event, you can submit a proposal about the costs involved with details of any contribution needed from FPA. This will be reviewed and approved if appropriate.

Can I market Prosperity releases? Yes you can. As an appointed agent you will receive an email from your Frasers Property Australia (FPA) Agent Alliance Manager about the new release. They will provide you the information to share with your Prosperity member clients.

Can I market Prosperity campaigns? Yes you can.

Prior to a Prosperity campaign being run, you will be briefed by your Agent Alliance Manager. They will provide assets for you to distribute.

What commission is paid on Prosperity sales?

Commissions will be negotiated on a project by project basis. Where an agent sells a property to a Prosperity member (and the member receives a reward of either 2% or 3%) the agent’s commission will be based on the net price (list price reduced by 2% or 3% as applicable).

This also includes rebates (if applicable).

Do I get a commission if my customer refers? You will receive a commission if you have been involved in the referral sale. The commission is payable according to the project commission.

What happens when a buyer calls an external agent during the priority period? You as the agent will need to refer your lead to a FPA Sales Manager.

You will receive a full commission on the Net Purchase Price if the sale proceeds according to the project commission. If your lead comes directly through to the FPA Sales Manager, that lead will need to notify the FPA Sales Manager and nominate their external sales referral for you to receive your full commission on the Net Purchase Price. You will need to make sure that you assist or close the sale to receive the full commission on the Net Purchase Price.

Settlement and Prosperity Care – what is the external agents role? If you receive any defect, settlement or construction enquiries from your lead you will need to direct them to the Prosperity Care team. Once a contract has gone unconditional, they will be able to log a defect via the myProsperity portal. You should encourage them to do so. Alternatively, they can contact their relevant state Prosperity Care team by emailing ProsperityCare (NSW/VIC/QLD/WA) @frasersproperty.com.au or calling 13 86 88.

Settlement and Prosperity Care - what is Frasers Property Australia’s Role? FPA is responsible for distributing and managing all settlement information, construction updates and customer care related communication. All customers will receive access to the myProsperity App and portal where their property information and construction updates are stored.

So that they may access this, their details need to be added to their contract and EOI form or Sales Advice.

Agent emails are not permitted as the main point of contact on these documents.

How does a member find their myProsperity login? Login details will be sent 5 days after they reach unconditional exchange. If they can not locate their log in details, they can reset their password on the log in page of the myProsperity App or portal or call 13 86 88.
