Priority Release Process The priority release for Parkside Release at Five Farms will be held on Saturday 18th September 2021 and sales meetings will be held by appointment only. Due to high levels of demand, a registration system has been put in place to ensure everyone has a fair chance to secure a property. All land lots will be sold on a first come, first served basis. COVID restrictions may require this release to be held virtually.
Please follow these steps to participate in the Priority Release. 1.
Speak to your Five Farms Sales Consultant to discuss detailed lot plans and pricing.

Select your preferred property (due to high demand it is recommended that you have multiple preferences). We suggest a minimum of three preferences. However please note only one lot per stage can be purchased per individual person.
3.
For any Family Members of Prosperity members wishing to gain access to this release under the Family Share program, there are criteria that need to be satisfied to qualify for this benefit. Firstly, a referral form must be submitted by Friday 10th September 2021. This can be done here www.frasersproperty.com.au/familyshare. Secondly, sufficient certified documents to prove the relationship between the Family Member and Prosperity member, will need to be supplied by Sunday 12th September 2021. Thirdly, the referral must be approved by our internal team in line with the Prosperity Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed here www.frasersproperty.com.au/Prosperity/Terms. Family Members will be notified of their eligibility prior to Thursday 16th September 2021.

On Thursday 16th September 2021, all subscribed Prosperity members and eligible referred Family Members will receive an email with a link to the online 'Request to Purchase' page in the Priority Notification email.
5.
Registrations via the 'Request to Purchase' page will open at 11am sharp (AEST) on Friday 17th September. Please access this page via the link in Thursday’s email, approximately 10 minutes before registrations open at 11am (AEST).

At 11am (AEST) on Friday 17th September you will need to refresh the page so that the form will appear. You will need to fill in your details and click ‘register’ as soon as it appears to submit your details for your chance to purchase a property. Please ensure you are not connected to a VPN or that your machine has not locked or gone into sleep mode.
7.
Registrations via the online 'Request to Purchase' page will close at 12pm (AEST) on Friday 17th September.

All successfully registered members will be contacted by the Sales Team on Friday 17th September (after registrations close) in order of registration to confirm an appointment time for Saturday 18th September. Please be contactable by phone on the number you provided on the registration page. i.
If the Five Farms Sales Team cannot contact you, we will endeavour to leave you a voicemail or SMS, however, you will lose your ‘Request to Purchase’ priority and the team will contact the next prioritised customer.
ii.
The Five Farms Sales Team will endeavour to contact you on your nominated telephone number a second time. Once you return a call to the Five Farms Sales Team you will resume priority ahead of the remaining customers who have not yet been contacted.
iii.
If the Five Farm Sales Team are unable to contact you after the second attempt and you do not contact the Five Farm Sales Team before we finish contacting all customers, Frasers Property Australia reserve the right to forfeit your request to purchase and any opportunity to purchase a property during the Parkside Land Release at Five Farms.
9.
On Saturday 18th September, appointments are for 20 minutes, and you will be required to select your property and sign an unconditional contract of sale. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time and ensure you bring proof of ID (passport, driver’s license & Medicare card and VEVO if applicable). Please note item 13 relating to COVID restrictions.

For any buyers-based interstate or overseas, a member of the Five Farms Sales Team will contact you via telephone to conduct your sales appointment over the phone.

A deposit of 10% will be required on the release day along with signing contracts unconditionally in order to secure your preferred land lot
12.
Land lots in Parkside Release will only be available to purchase via the Prosperity Release from 9am-5pm (AEST) Saturday 18th September.
13.
To abide by the latest Government COVID restrictions, the sales process and contract signing may be conducted virtually. If the Sales Centre is open a maximum of two people are permitted to attend the sales appointment on the release day. You will be updated closer to the date.
