Confirmations

The Current Purchaser and the Nominated Purchaser confirm that:

 The Current Purchasers nominates the Nominated Purchaser as substituted purchaser to take a transfer or conveyance in lieu of the Current Purchaser

 The Current Purchaser and the Nominated Purchaser acknowledge that they will henceforth be jointly and severally liable for the due of all the obligations of the Current Purchaser under the existing Contract for Sale and payment of any expenses resulting from this nomination (including any stamp duty).

 The Current Purchaser has disclosed the existing Contract for Sale in respect of the Property to the Nominated Purchaser

 The Nominated Purchaser has reviewed and understands the existing Contract for Sale in respect of the Property
