Located at the corner of Chester and Morse Streets, this project is set to deliver a new benchmark for luxury living in Brisbane’s inner city—designed to complement the vibrant James Street precinct and surrounding neighbourhoods.
A new approach
Frasers Property Australia received approval in 2022 to develop the site at the corner of Chester and Morse Streets to create a residential tower with 142 apartments and 10 terrace homes. We placed these plans on hold due to a change in the property market, and have gone back to the drawing board to develop a scheme that better fits with the area and who we expect to be our future residents.
As part of the development approval process, we’ve lodged a change application with Brisbane City Council. This proposal reflects our commitment to delivering a more refined, lower-density offering that better aligns with the character of the James Street precinct and feedback from the community.
