Dear Neighbour, Frasers Property Australia invites you to a community drop-in session to learn more about our revised plans for the site at the corner of Chester and Morse Streets, Newstead. In 2022, we received approval to develop the site into a residential tower with 142 apartments and 10 terrace homes. However, due to changes in the property market, we placed those plans on hold and returned to the drawing board. We’ve since developed a new scheme that better reflects the character of the area and the needs of future residents. This session is a chance to meet our team, view the updated plans, and share your thoughts. We’re committed to keeping the community informed and involved, and we value your feedback.
