Terraces by the Park - Process to purchase - Midtown

Process to Purchase for The Terraces by the Park at the VIP Release Launch at Midtown, Macquarie Park STEP 1: Pre-Register to Purchase Thanks for attending your appointment, you are now eligible to submit a request to purchase at The Terraces by the Park VIP launch on Thursday 3rd March 2022.

If you are interested in purchasing a terrace within this release, please complete and submit your ‘Request to Purchase’ form to midtown@frasersproperty.com.au including acknowledging you have read the terms and conditions by no later than 4pm (AEDT), Monday 28th February 2022.

This form ensures we have your correct details to put on the contract.

What you should know: 

All interested parties may only register once.



All interested parties must sign the terms and conditions; and



The name(s) entered on the Request to Purchase form are the intended name(s) to be entered onto the Contract for Sale.



The name and contact details of your preferred solicitor/conveyancer.

STEP 2: Prior to the VIP Release Launch – Receive email to access the Request to Purchase page.

On Tuesday 1st March 2022, you will receive an email with a link to the online Request to Purchase page; this will give you access to make your Request to Purchase once the countdown clock opens at 12pm (AEDT) on Thursday 3rd March 2022.

The online Request to Purchase page will confirm your registered details (name & email) and will have a countdown timer that indicates the time remaining until registrations open at 12pm (AEDT) on Thursday 3rd March 2022.

STEP 3: Day of VIP Release Launch – Click button to purchase via the Request to Purchase page.

Make sure you have the request to purchase page open about 10 – 15 minutes before registrations open at 12pm (AEDT) on Thursday 3rd March 2022. You will be able to access this page from the email that you would have received the day before.

At 12pm (AEDT) the online Request to Purchase page will automatically refresh and you will need to click ‘register’ as soon as it appears to submit your details for your chance to purchase one of the terraces.

STEP 4: Midtown Sales Team to contact successful request to purchase customers.

Once the Request to Purchase period closes, from 12:30pm (AEDT) Thursday 3rd March 2022, the Midtown Sales Team will commence contacting people in the order requests have been received.

If successful, this will provide you with the opportunity to purchase your terrace within this release at Midtown. We know you will be very eager to have your chance to purchase, however please be patient, we will contact you as soon as we can.

What should you do? 

Please be contactable by phone on the number you provided on the Request to Purchase form.



If the Midtown Sales Team cannot contact you, we will endeavour to leave you a voicemail or SMS, however you will lose your request to purchase priority and the Midtown team will contact the next prioritised request to purchase customer.



The Midtown Sales Team will endeavour to contact you on your nominated telephone number a second time. Once you return a call to the Midtown Sales Team you will resume priority ahead of the remaining request to purchase customers who have not yet been contacted.



If the Midtown Sales Team is unable to contact you after the second attempt and you do not contact the Midtown Sales Team before we finish contacting all request to purchase customers, Frasers Property Australia reserve the right to forfeit your request to purchase and any opportunity to purchase a Property during the initial sales release at Midtown.

STEP 5: Reserving your terrace.

After selecting your terrace, you will be instructed to: 1. Transfer funds: you will be emailed instructions on paying your non-refundable administration fee of $500 to reserve the property you have selected. This needs to be paid over the phone via eftpos, direct payment into the nominated Frasers bank account, and must be paid within two hours.

The $500 administration fee will contribute towards your deposit once you exchange sales contracts.

2. A completed Sales Advice will be sent to you as per your registration form for you to review, sign and date via Docusign, within 2 hours. Sign and email back to midtown@frasersproperty.com.au.

STEP 6: Select colour scheme and submit variation form.

If you haven’t as yet selected your colour scheme or variation request form, you will be emailed a colour scheme and variation form for you to complete with your exchanged sales contract.

You are welcome to revisit the Midtown Sales & Display Centre by appointment on or before Thursday 10th March 2022 to finalise any queries.

STEP 7: Sign the Contract.

The contract of sale will be sent to your solicitor by Friday 4th March 2022.

Please ensure you meet with your solicitor to sign and exchange contracts by no later than Friday 11th March 2022.

Note: If you choose not to proceed with the sale between reserving the property on Friday 3rd March 2022, and signing and returning the contract and paying the remainder of the deposit on Friday 11th March 2022 you will forfeit the $500 nonrefundable administration fee.

STEP 8: Payment of deposit balance.

To finalise your purchase, you will need to pay the remaining balance of the deposit by Friday 11th March 2022.
