Endorsement

This plan has been developed by, and with the authority of the Logan City Council in accordance with Section 57(1) of the Disaster Management Act 2003 (the Act).

Section 80(1)(b) requires Council to approve its Local Disaster Management Plan.

The Logan City Local Disaster Management Plan version number 14, dated 27 August 2020 has been prepared by Logan City Council in accordance with Section 57(1) of the Disaster Management Act 2003, to provide for effective disaster management in the local government area.

The Logan City Local Disaster Management Plan version number 14, dated 27 August 2020 has been reviewed by the District Disaster Coordinator, Logan District Disaster Management Group and endorsed in accordance with Section 80(1)(b) of the Disaster Management Act 2003 by the Logan City Local Disaster Management Group.
