CONSISTENT ARCHITECTURE AND STRONG, ANGULAR CORNERS EMPHASISE THE PREMIUM BLACK METAL VERTICALITY OF ICON, THE TALLEST EXTERIORS WITH SILVER ACCENTS AND BROADEST BUILDING AT DISCOVERY POINT. ICON’s bold façades are separated into threes with contrasting black and white exteriors that maximise the use of glass and metal throughout.

Dynamic features like the four-storey, green wall podium and powerful V-shaped columns epitomise the balance of function and expression that is ICON – the grand finale to Discovery Point’s masterplanned community.

The architects at GroupGSA created a one-of-a-kind building, harmonised it beautifully with its surrounds and delivered Discovery Point with the crown jewel of its masterplanned community.
