Your Property Choice and our Sales Advice & Initial Deposit Process: New South Wales Step 1: Confirm Your Property Selection Once you’ve chosen your property with our Sales Team, we’ll prepare the necessary documentation to proceed. Step 2: Complete Sales Advice •
You will be asked to complete a Sales Advice and verify your identity.

The Sales Advice outlines the terms of your purchase, including the Initial Deposit of $2,000, which will form part of your final deposit under the terms of the contract.
•
The Sales Advice will be sent to you via DocuSign for electronic signing.
•
The verification of identity will occur on the Agent’s nominated digital platform1.
Step 3: Initial Deposit Payment Instructions •
Initial Deposit Amount: $2,000
•
Payment Account: All deposits must be paid into Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor’s Trust Account. These Trust account details are listed in the Sales Advice. Do not transfer funds to any other account.

Should you wish to do so, you can confirm Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor’s Trust Account Details by calling them directly. Their details are noted on the Sales Advice.
•
Please remember to email a copy of your payment receipt to your Project Sales Manager, so that Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor can confirm receipt of your Initial Deposit.
•
An Initial Deposit cannot be paid until after you have complied with your verification of identity process.
Step 4: Confirmation •
Once your Initial Deposit is received, you (or your solicitor) will receive a formal confirmation from Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor.

All communication regarding deposits will come from Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor.
Step 5 : Refund Policy •
Your Initial Deposit is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed to contract signing.

To process your Initial Deposit refund, you or your solicitor must provide your account details directly to Frasers Property Australia’s solicitor, that you have paid the Initial Deposit to.
•
Unless otherwise specified, the Initial Deposit must be refunded to the same account from which it was originally paid. Please do not give your account details to Frasers Property Australia.
