Frasers Landing is surrounded by nature walks within the surrounding native bushland and there is direct jetty access to the Serpentine River, all within your backyard. Beyond Frasers Landing, is an abundance of nature reserves and a vast selection of sporting facilities and wellness centres.
Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centres (MARC)
MARC is home to a diverse range of sports including netball, basketball, squash, indoor soccer, water polo and flippa ball. Workout at the fully equipped Technogym gymnasium with group fitness classes or individual workouts, as well as doing some laps or join an aqua class at the aquatic facilities. The recreation centre also has creche facilities onsite and swim school for all levels and ages. This modern facility is located only 3.7km from Frasers Landing.

Len Howard Conservation Park
The Len Howard Conservation Park, on the edge of the Peel Estuary in Mandurah, has excellent bird watching opportunities. Take the Erskine Nature Trail along the foreshore and observe wildlife on the water from bird hides and lookouts.
