Expression of Interest purchasing process - Brooklyn Row Homes 1. To tender for a Property, you must complete and sign the Tender Form and email the completed form to edsquare@frasersproperty.com.au by 9am (AEDT) Wednesday 9 March 2022. 2. The registered Party with the highest tender price above reserve will be the winning tender for each Property (Winning Tenderer). 3. The Ed.Square Sales Team will contact the Winning Tenderer for each Property by 5pm (AEDT) on Wednesday 9 March 2022. 4. Each Winning Tenderer must pay a $500 non-refundable administration fee with completed Sales Advice and a copy of either Passport or Driver’s Licence to secure a property. 5. Sign sales contract and pay 10% within 10 calendar days. 10%: Cash, Cheque, Deposit Bond (QBE only) or Bank Guarantee 6. Prepare your finance prior to Settlement. 7. Pre-settlement inspection. 8. Remaining balance of 90% on Settlement.
