THE PROPOSAL Frasers Property Australia is seeking to modify the approved masterplan for Ed.Square as the next step in creating a vibrant mixed-use development that meets the needs of the community now and into the future. Our proposal includes: • Provision for a potential secondary school. • Residential and retail precincts. • Relocation of residential housing from the Town Centre to Residential Precinct 3 to make way for the proposed school. • Shared use community facilities, including a library.

The proposed modification has been carefully planned and designed in line with our vision for Ed.Square to be Sydney’s healthiest and happiest community and would seamlessly integrate with the broader Town Centre.
Opportunity to accommodate a school (subject to approval) A key element of the proposed modification is the opportunity to accommodate a secondary school, subject to NSW Government approvals. Many locations were investigated as part of developing our proposal. The proposed location is the optimal solution for a number of reasons including its proximity to the commuter carpark and public transport.
