Hamilton Heights & Hamilton Grange Townhomes Priority Release Process
The priority release of the Hamilton Heights and Hamilton Grange Townhomes will be held on Friday 17 March and sales appointments will be held by appointment only.
Please follow these steps to participate in the release
1. Speak to your Mambourin Sales Consultant to discuss detailed plans and pricing
2. Select your preferred property (due to high demand it is recommended that you have multiple preferences). We suggest a minimum of three preferences. Please note a maximum of one property per release is permitted to be purchased by any member on the day of the release.
3. On Thursday 16 March 2023, all subscribed Prosperity members will receive an email with a link to 'Book an appointment'.
4. On Friday 17 March, appointments are for 20 minutes, and you will be required to select your preferred property. Appointments will be held virtually or in person. If you have chosen an in person appointment, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time and ensure you bring proof of ID (passport, driver’s license & Medicare card and VEVO if applicable).
5. A holding deposit of $1,000 via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) will be required on the release day. You will be required to sign a Contract of Sale by DocuSign and pay the balance of the 10% deposit within 7 days.
