Priority Release Process
The priority release for the Promenade Village SOHO Release at Berwick Waters will be held on Friday 27th January 2023 and sales meetings will be held by appointment only. Due to high levels of demand, a registration system has been put in place to ensure everyone has a fair chance to secure a property. All land lots will be sold on a first come, first served basis. 2. Speak to your Berwick Waters Sales Consultant to discuss detailed lot plans and pricing.

3. Select your preferred property (due to high demand it is recommended that you have a minimum of three preferences). A purchase limit of only one lot per release per member applies.

Family Share deadline
Members wishing to refer family members (family share) must refer family members by this date and satisfy relevant criteria. Refer here: www.frasersproperty.com.au/familyshare
Monday 23rd January
Family Share – Certified documents required
Sufficient certified documents to prove the relationship between the Family member and Prosperity member, will need to be supplied. The referral must be approved by our internal team in line with the Prosperity Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed here www.frasersproperty.com.au/Prosperity/Terms
Tuesday 24th January
Notification of approved Family Share
All subscribed Prosperity members and approved referred family members will be issued the link to the online 'Request to Purchase' page, refer to re Request to purchase period below.
Wednesday 25th January
Priority Notification – Request to purchase link distributed
All subscribed Prosperity members and approved referred family members will be issued the link to the online ‘Request to Purchase’ page, refer to re Request to purchase period below.
1. Friday morning - A reminder email, with the “Request to Purchase” link, will be sent to members and approved family who have registered about participating in this release.
2. 09:50am (AEDT) - Access the "Request to Purchase' page 10mins prior to opening. The 'Request to Purchase' page will open at 10am (AEDT) sharp.
3. 10:00am (AEDT) - Refresh the ‘Request to purchase’ page and the form will appear, enter your contact details and click ‘submit’ for your chance to purchase a property.
4. 11:00am (AEDT) - 'Request to Purchase' page will close at 11am (AEDT). You will not be able to participate in the priority release after once closed and members wishing to purchase after this period can purchase during public release.
5. Friday afternoon - Participants who have successfully submitted their request to purchase will be contacted by the Berwick Waters Sales Teams in order of registration and an (online or in person) appointment time will be made for Friday 27th January (Appointment end time will depend on demand).
Contract Signing
On the release day, we encourage you arrive for an in-person appointment or virtual appointment 5 minutes before your designated appointment time. Appointments will run for 20 minutes, and you will need to bring proof of ID (passport, driver’s license & Medicare card and VEVO if applicable). During the appointment, you will be required to select your chosen property and provide a deposit of $10,000 to secure the property. You will be required to sign unconditional contracts within 3 business days of initial deposit via Docusign.
