Exclusive H&L Packages Priority Release Process
The priority release of the Exclusive H&L Packages at Five Farms will be held on Saturday 4th February 2023 and sales appointments will be held by appointment only
Please follow these steps to participate in the release.
1 Speak to your Five Farms Sales Consultant to discuss detailed plans and pricing.
2 Select your preferred property (due to high demand it is recommended that you have multiple preferences). Please note a maximum of one property per release is permitted to be purchased by any member on the day of the release.
3 On Thursday 2nd February 2023, all subscribed Prosperity members will receive an email with a link to 'Book an appointment'
4 On Saturday 4th February, appointments are for 20 minutes, and you will be required to select your preferred property. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time and ensure you bring proof of ID (passport, driver’s license & Medicare card and VEVO if applicable).
5. A holding deposit of $1,000 via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) will be required on the release day You will be required to sign a Contract of Sale by DocuSign and pay the balance of the 10% deposit within 7 days.
