Eden Townhomes Priority Release Process The priority release of the Eden Townhomes at The Grove will be held on Friday 10th December 2022 and sales appointments will be held by appointment only.
Please follow these steps to participate in the Eden Townhomes Release. 1.
Speak to your The Grove Sales Consultant to discuss detailed land lot plans and pricing.

Select your preferred property (due to high demand it is recommended that you have multiple preferences). We suggest a minimum of three preferences. However please note only one lot per release can be purchased per individual person.

On Thursday 8th December 2022, all subscribed Prosperity members will receive an email with a link to 'Book an appointment'.

On Friday 8th December, appointments are for 20 minutes, and you will be required to select your preferred property. Appointments will be held virtually or in person. If you have chosen an in person appointment, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time and ensure you bring proof of ID (passport, driver’s license & Medicare card and VEVO if applicable).

A holding deposit of $1,000 via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) will be required on the release day. You will be required to sign a Contract of Sale by DocuSign and pay the balance of the 10% deposit within 7 days.
