2. Select your preferred property (due to high demand it is recommended that you have multiple preferences). We suggest a minimum of three preferences. Please note a maximum of one property per release is permitted to be purchased by any member on the day of the release.
The priority release of the Aspire Land Packages will be held on Saturday 27 August 2022 and sales appointments will be held by appointment only. Please follow these steps to participate in the release.
5. A holding deposit of $1,000 via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) will be required on the release day. You will be required to sign a Contract of Sale by DocuSign and pay the balance of the 10% deposit within 7 days.

4. On Saturday 27 August, appointments are for 20 minutes, and you will be required to select your preferred property. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time and ensure you bring proof of ID (passport, driver’s license & Medicare card and VEVO if applicable).
3. On Thursday 25 August 2022, all subscribed Prosperity members will receive an email with a link to 'Book an appointment'.
