Nivea Priority Release Process
The priority release will be held on Saturday 28 May 2022 and sales meetings will be held by appointment only at 20-minute intervals. Due to high levels of demand, a registration system and request to purchase booking tool has been put in place to ensure everyone has a fair chance to secure a property. Speak to your Sales Consultant to discuss detailed lot plans and pricing. 3. Select your preferred property (due to high demand it is recommended that you have a minimum of three preferences). A purchase limit of only one lot per release per member applies.

Members wishing to refer family members (family share) must refer family members by this date and satisfy relevant criteria. Refer here: www.frasersproperty.com.au/familyshare.
Sufficient certified documents to prove the relationship between the Family member and Prosperity member, will need to be supplied. The referral must be approved by our internal team in line with the Prosperity Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed here www.frasersproperty.com.au/Prosperity/Terms.
