Fraser and Fraser celebrated its 50th anniversary as a partnership in 2019, and in the same year won the awards for Paralegal Business of the Year at the UK’s National Paralegal Awards. In 2021, the firm went on to win Probate Research Firm of the Year at the British Wills and Probate Awards.

We have also been integral in the formation of the Association of Probate Researchers (APR), an industry body designed to bring regulation to the sector and protect clients from the activities of the misguided and the unscrupulous.
