ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP): ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification is a stream of four modules that are part of ITIL 4.

The four modules are:    

To obtain this ITIL designation, the candidate must complete all modules in each stream.

ITIL 4 Strategic Leader: ITIL 4 Strategic Leader (ITIL SL) offered by AXELOS is set for launch in late September 2020. The ITIL Strategic Leader is a stream of two modules that are part of ITIL 4. To obtain this ITIL certificate you must complete all modules in each stream.

The two modules are:  

ITIL 4 Strategist – Direct, Plan and Improve ITIL 4 Leader – Digital and IT Strategy.

ITIL 4 Master: To achieve the ITIL Master certificate, you must display extensive knowledge and experience with ITIL and involvement in the implementation of ITIL practices.

To be eligible for the certification:  

You must be an ITIL Expert certificate holder You must have experience of working in IT service management for at least five years in leadership, managerial or higher advisory levels
