A Note from Mr. Hatcher

Dear FCS Families:

Thank you for your continued prayers as we continue our steady search for a permanent campus. While we continue to need your assistance, our persistent fundraising efforts over the last several years have already yielded a substantial amount of money, which has put us well on the path to buying a new home.

The current fund represents a mix of gifts from the initial launch of the capital campaign, additional subsequent donations, and end of year gifts to the school dedicated to that purpose, all of which is held separately from our operating accounts and is ready to be used once we identify the property we are called to.

We continue to work through multiple properties that appear to be good options for us and appreciate those of you who have sent potential locations to our attention We plan to begin the second phase of the capital campaign once we have the right property secured. Here are ways you can pray for this month:

Clarity and wisdom to identify and secure the right location. Continued favor in financing and funding. For God to show us the right next step

Please know that we, as administration, are always happy to answer any questions we can about the plans and about what we are working on, and working toward. God is doing something incredible at FCS and we are excited you are a part of it!

FCS PLAYERS

On November 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, FCS Players will present Our Town by Thornton Wilder. Some have called Our Town "the greatest American play ever written." It depicts the simple daily lives of two families in a small town, as their children fall in love and eventually marry. This heartwarming play in three acts addresses the themes of community, love and marriage, and death and eternity. You will laugh, cry, and leave with a sense of gratitude for the simple moments spent with loved ones this side of heaven.
