Frank holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Fire Science and has advanced through every role from volunteer firefighter to Fire Chief, where he emphasized professional development and safety throughout his leadership.
With nearly 30 years of combined fire service and management experience, Frank has directed operations, overseen labormanagement negotiations, and developed training programs that prepare firefighters for the challenges of the field.
His expertise extends to Wildland Operations, apparatus design, and grant acquisition. Away from his career, Frank values time outdoors, whether camping with his family, fly fishing, or hiking.
