About Us Overview: Founded in 1997, CAC – Children’s Art Classes is a leading provider of art education and enrichment programs for kids of all ages.

Our Philosophy: Providing a comprehensive art education program that enriches the lives, raises the self esteem and improves the academic performance of our students.

Revenue Model: Our students enroll for the entire school year or a compressed summer program and pay their tuition automatically each month. Over 93% of our students continue in our program for at least two years and over 75% complete four or more years of our classes.

Curriculum Designed for Success Through teaching Children’s Art Classes for over 20 years our founder leveraged proven techniques and her own professional experience to develop, then refine, a custom, age-based, art education curriculum. Our students have demonstrated excellence in the classroom, with many honor students having graduated from our programs.

Our students achieve and excel in art too, with several having earned art scholarships and have participated in significant art shows.

2020: Franchise Opportunity Launch 2018: 3rd Unit in Jacksonville metro Perfected marketing, site selection and launched third unit in the metro area

2016: 2nd Unit in Jacksonville Refined curriculum and launch plan, then opened second unit

2012: Outgrew Initial Space Moved first JAX location to larger facility

2009: 1st Unit in Jacksonville, FL Opened first Children’s Art Classes location in Florida (800 sq ft)

Total Startup Costs $94,368 to $193,960 includes Franchise Fee, location, tenant improvements, supplies, marketing program, training, 3-months of working capital and more.

Multi-Unit Opportunities Single Unit Franchise Fee is $49,950. Second Unit $29,950, Third and Subsequent Units Paid in Advance $19,950.
