Following the taxi or delivery driver's service request acceptance, both parties can start communicating with each other in real-time via calling and messaging.

Invoice Summary

After the trip or the delivery service is over, the app automatically generates an invoice. The invoice is then displayed on the screens of both the driver and the user app.

The invoice summary includes every detail like the base fare, minimum charges, applied coupons, service number, waiting fee, surge pricing, etc. The admin can control the settings of this feature from the admin panel.
