NEW DORMITORY FOR THE “POLITECNICO DI MILANO/BOVISA” UNIVERSITY MILANO - ITALY
PROJECT 1 - ACADEMIC YEARS 2006/07 Main objective of laboratory is the requalification of an area close to the seat of the “Politecnico di Milano-Bovisa”. Project was developed a new dormitory for students of the university and a new public park for relaxation and where children can play. Dormitory includes three different types of apartment, composed of a square module that is repeated, apartment for one, two or three people varying in size. The building on the ground floor also includes services such as laundry, stationery, study areas and a relaxation area. Each floor has been developed a common area where students can relate to others and can share various moments of the day. Steel structure of building was developed with much precision so as to ensure the strength of the static fluctuations of a few apartments that are very remarkable, up to four meters long, thanks to the use of reticular beams high all the height of the apartment. Inside the park was built a area destined to trade, with bar and restaurant area. Finally were made a 3d model of the entire project area, views, sections of dormitory, faceds ovest, north, south, est. Were also executed attentive calculations on the energy expenditure of the building, so as to minimize the consumed by the installation. Render of new square and new park of project.

NEW POLIFUNCIONAL COMPLEX FOR CITY CENTER OF MILAN MILANO - ITALY
PROJECT 2 - ACADEMIC YEARS 2007/08 Main objective of laboratory is the realization of a new polifunctional complex within an area currently not built in the center of milano. Building includes a residential area, an area for offices and an area for trade, underground parking area comprehensive access to road, on the ground floor is all intended to trade with bar, restourant, optical shop, shoe shop and clothes shop. North and south of the building are the residences, while in the northeast side there is the clothing store with three floors and in the southeast sector is present office three stories high. Building was made ​​by studying a mixed structure of reinforced concrete that is joined to the steel structure of the three storey shop as you can see from the particular facade carriers reticular beam structure. Finally were made a 3d model of the entire project area, views of the entire project area, sections of polifunctional complex, faceds ovest, north, south, est. NEWS RESIDENTIAL-HOTEL TOWERS FOR MILAN MILANO - ITALY
PROJECT 3 - ACADEMIC YEARS 2008/09 Main objective of laboratory is the realization of a new district in Milan (Famagosta) consisting of residences, areas for business, office areas, public spaces and parks. My job within my working group was to build new homes, for precisely two residential towers. To do this I carefully studied the project site and tried to design two buildings can function as a symbol of entrance to the new neighborhood. First I carefully studied the structure of the buildings, made of reinforced concrete and steel, with different technologies specifically designed for this case, as reticular beams and beams viedendeel. Close attention was paid to the construction of the apartments, creating three different types, different sizes to ensure a different space different needs. I made a 3D model of buildings and around the urban context, to see and better understand the relationship between them, many plants with the increase of the height of the building that rotates, the entire system of parking and a very detailed section of the building where it is possible to understand how the structure is composed of and how the various apartments rotate around a central core carrier made of reinforced concrete, where there are the elevators and the stairwell. NEWS SPACES FOR BOCCONI UNIVERITY MILANO - ITALY
PROJECT 4 - ACADEMIC YEARS 2010/11 The ampliation of the Bocconi’s campus as a laboratory theme refers to the competition held by the University, then won by Sanca. The first step concerns the design of the masterplan, which were placed: the educational areas, residences and the sports centre. In the second phase was examined one of these themes, in my case the sports center and residences, where the main theme was to connect the sports center and dormitory from the street to the campus through a main route. I made a concettual 3D model of the entire project area and the urban context, useful to understand the relationship that new buildings take on the context. Sports center consists of two sports fields, a gym area, changing rooms and bar area, and the dormitory consists of a cafeteria, conference hall, lounge areas, common areas and apartments for students. I made several render on both the exterior and the interior of the structures, you can see and better understand the composition of the structures and the layout of the interior spaces. Finally were made a 3d model of the entire project area, views of the entire project area, sections of sports centre and dormitory, faceds ovest, north, south, est. The project is a residential complex consisting of 14 apartments ranging from studios, one and two bedroom apartments. The building itself is designed for both concrete and wood to show the different ways of building. To this end have been compared the energetic, economic and structural performance.
Were also carried out all the analyzes of the two types of structure, wood and concrete, making all calculations of forces and drawing in detail all the structural nodes to better understand the operation. Plan of wood project.

INTEGRATED PLANNING LAB
NEWS SPACES FOR BOCCONI UNIVERITY MILANO - ITALY
PROJECT 6 - ACADEMIC YEARS 2011/12 The main theme of laboratory is the redevelopment of the principal square of Chiuduno, located in Bergamo. The project started from urban and botanic analysis and continued with the analysis of actual state of buildings in the square, a old unused building and an elementary school that will be relocated elsewhere. Buildings are protected by “‘Associazione Beni Culturali” that deals with protection of buildings with historical value so the intervention had to affect only the interior part of the building. According to the demands of the municipality of Chiuduno, the two buildings have been transformed into a new multi-purpose center and a new town hall. A small structure covered with a roof garden has been added to new multi-purpose center, that includes a bar area and a relaxation area. Was also necessary to design a foundation system capable of resisting sismic forces, for this purpose have been used sismic isolators and friction dampers. The study object of the laboratory is the “Rotonda della Besana” located in Milan. The restoration project started from material and degradation analysis about the current state of outer walls, porch, vaults and flooring. At the end have been proposed interventions for its conservation and its fruition by all citizens in the future, creating a non-permanent structural system that allows placement of paintings or other material for exposures.
I have also contributed to the realization of a model in vegetable cardboard and i have realized the all 3d views and models. Project’s internal facade where you can see the project realized.

Main objective of thesis is the redevelopment of railway station disused “Porta Romana“. This project was realized with all regulations and guidelines relating to the intervention studied. Were designed and developed various types of residences, office buildings, shopping areas, public spaces and new and articulated park. Park was designed taking into account all the quality and detail of trees, shrubs and flowers placed inside. Was developed a new covered railway station stop, connected to the existing subway stop of “LODI TIBB“, (metropolitana gialla) line three. Park includes many areas having different functions, including sports, relaxation, pools, children’s playground, dog area, picnic area and bike paths that connect to existing pedestrian cycle system in milan. Was made with much attention all parking system and underground floors, in order to ensure all the parking required and leave completely free all the area on the surface by the presence and transit of cars. Finally were made a photomontage inserted into the real context of the masterplan, a 3d model of the entire project area, views of the entire project area, sections of all housing units, facedes north and south.
