Francesca Owen is a contemporary British painter based in Cornwall in the U.K. ‘I am deeply moved by Impressionism, fascinated by movement, brush marks and how colours dance when placed next to each other on canvas. Anything is possible on the canvas, and that is why I paint.

When we delve deep into the notion and romance of gardens, we can nd it all’ Francesca Owen is an award-winning painter. a former student and recipient of two scholarships at the Slade School of Fine Art, including the Euan Uglow memorial scholarship.
