DESIGN ROLE
Worked closely with other designers at LMN to create a concept and design for a coffee table. The table was then auctioned off to help raise money for Music4Life, a Seattle-based non-profit. Inspired by the nature of music and the intervals that compose harmonies, this table utilizes wood and brass to play with rhythm.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Francene has a deep-rooted understanding and appreciation for the ability both the natural world and the interior spaces we inhabit have in shaping who we are and how we behave. She earned her BS of Interior Design from the University of Idaho before starting her career in commercial design, focusing on workplace and hospitality, before transitioning to residential design. “My design process is mostly led by my curiosity of the human experience. How can design influence our feelings, behaviors, and memories? Cultivating relationships with the client is integral to creating spaces that seek to explore these questions, tell meaningful stories and form a framework for life.” Through a deep understanding of materiality, Francene aims to craft spaces that evoke the senses - richly layered with texture, color, and light. With a kinesthetic approach, Francene finds inspiration by making - whether it’s hand sketching, collage art, or photography. She has an endless love for sushi, traveling, and her cat Miso.
