Dealer Partners: Although we are already well into January of 2019, I still would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year! 2018 was an interesting year for FP, as we experienced very mixed results as we finished out another good year.

Thank you all for your contribution, dedication, and business in 2018, it is truly appreciated by everyone at FP. Now let’s turn our attention to 2019. I am especially excited and optimistic for this year. We spent most of 2018 rebuilding our dealer sales team, strengthening our technical support team, enhancing programs, and much more that will help our dealers be successful in the future. We were also preparing to bring some exciting new products to market. I won’t go into details here, because we will be discussing all of this in future events – this newsletter, our quarterly webinar, and the upcoming National Dealer Summit.

Speaking of the Summit, this probably is what makes me most optimistic for the year ahead. This is going to be our biggest event yet, with a significant amount of our dealers registered and ready to attend. Often times when you have these events every year, the attendance begins to drop. Not at FP. The engagement from our dealers and partners is stronger than ever, which shows we are all looking forward to the road ahead.

USPS® RATE CHANGE: EFFECTIVE 1/27/19 The USPS® rate change was approved in November 2018 and will go into effect at the end of this week on Sunday, January 27, 2019. FP is prepared to handle any calls that may come in. However, all the rates have been either downloaded or shipped out to all of our customers, which should reduce the number of calls FP and dealerships will get on Monday, January 28th.

PROGRAMS FP ELITE Basic: This track hosts two webinars each month. The first Friday of every month is a mailing webinar and the second Friday of every month is an OEM webinar. For the basic program, all new ClubRED approved Authorized FP dealer personnel are welcome. We identify the target audience for each webinar to help you select the appropriate employees to attend.

Executive Elite: This track is an “In it to win it” program. Executive Elite is designed for seriously committed FP dealers. It consists of monthly knowledge and activities guaranteed to deliver results presented by Product Marketing and Regional Sales Management. If you are up for the challenge and want a guaranteed increase in your revenue, please contact your RSM for further details.

CLUBRED First off, thank you all for your support and commitment of the ClubRED program! We’re always hard at work to provide you the best program we can with more tools and resources to help you be more successful. We would love to spill all the details right here, right now, but you’ll have to wait until the National Dealer Summit to see what ClubRED has in store for 2019!

Okay, fine - we’ll spill ONE exciting initiative! We’ve been shooting a ton of product footage to deliver you as many product videos as we can! We’ve recently launched the PostBase videos below and are currently working on the folder inserter equivalents. You can find these new PostBase videos on the ClubRED Dashboard in the Sales ToolBox.

The augmented reality brochures have been an exciting differentiator to showcase our products from anywhere.

The Augment platform has changed slightly from an icon to a QR code. Therefore, the current brochure you have may no longer bring up the

augmented PostBase when scanned. You will still use the same Augment app,

the only thing that changes is what you are scanning to bring up the augmented PostBase.

All current augmented reality brochures have been updated to the QR code so you may print one from the FP website until they are available for purchase on the Dealer Ordering Website. Please note, the brochures with the old augment icon are still great brochures to put in front of your prospects and customers.

FP EDUCATION FP Education is proud to announce the following new training videos on the FP Education Website through ClubRED:

These videos have an in-depth look on Introduction, Operator Hardware, Operator Functions, Operator Maintenance and Job Settings! These videos would be great for Demo use or personal use!

The FP Education Team has had our Master Tech program in place for a couple of years now. Technicians who are enrolled in the program receive training on 2 products of the 3 main categories, including software.

1. Two Postage Meter systems including RemoteOne/ReportOne & MailOne Software 2. Two Folder Inserter systems including Reading OMR/BCR 3. Two Address Printers systems including FlexMail Software

Upon completion of the program the technician receives a plaque, as well as an FP Master Tech polo shirt. The technician benefits by being part of an elite group of service technicians. The dealer benefits by being able to promote having a certified FP Master Tech on their staff, which can aid both their sales and service teams.

It is with great pleasure the FP Education team welcomes a new member to the ranks of our Master Techs. Our new member is Jorge Elizarraras from dealer, Imagine Technology Group from Chandler, Arizona.

ONEFP The holidays were merry and bright for the OneFP committee and FP employees. In November, we donated 40 turkeys to the Addison Township Food Pantry. We collected new and gently used coats for the Chicago Bears/Jewel Osco coat drive and new toys for Toys 4 Tots. The generosity of the FP family is never ending! Our celebrations included an ugly sweater contest and secret santa potluck luncheon, National Hot Cocoa Day and our formal Christmas Party.

OneFP is concerned about engagement and charitable giving and also awarding employees who live and believe in the defined behaviors that make us great. Employees can be nominated for an award by their peers, customers and you, our valued dealer partners. Quarterly winners receive a gift card and trophy and are eligible to win the employee of the year award that allows them to go on the annual Champion’s Club trip. SUPPORT CET UPDATE 2018 was a great year for the FP Customer Experience Team. Two of our CET shining stars, Lucas Bingham and Teagen Ross, were promoted to Team Leaders. In their new roles they have taken on the challenge of helping to identify training opportunities for the team and have worked diligently to implement educational programs which help our CET Associates reach a First Contact Resolution more often as well as increase customer satisfaction.

We keep a constant focus on the feedback that our customers and dealers provide to us during touch points.

End of Call Surveys for example are offered after every call into the CET and that data provided to us by the caller is then used to measure key topics such as First Contact Resolution rates and Customer Satisfaction levels. I am extremely pleased to share with you our 2018 FCR levels which have exceeded our KPI targets ( ≼ 85%) 11 out of 12 months. In addition, our 2018 Customer Satisfaction levels exceeded our KPI targets (≼ 85%) 12 out of 12 months.

The CET will continue our commitment in 2019 to providing our customers and dealers with an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. We welcome you to take advantage of the surveys offered and to provide feedback so that we can continue to enhance our support programs and to ensure we continue to exceed expectations.
