Configuration
The FPi 4000 Series can be customized for envelopes, sheets, or inserts. A High-Capacity Envelope Feeder or optional Vertical Stacker can increase production potential.
Integrity
Document scanning options such as 2D Barcodes and OMR offer the ability to automatically, accurately, and securely assemble your sets without the need for manual sorting and grouping.
Safe Seal
Safe Seal Technology ensures the flaps on thick envelopes are securely sealed before exiting the inserter. Securely process your mail for regulatory and compliance purposes.

The control panel gives unprecedented ease-of-use and offers intuitive on-screen videos to walk the user through how to load the paper, inserts, and envelopes. Easily run your mail by choosing one of 20 pre-programed jobs, maintaining the ability to customize any job to your needs.
High-Capacity Insert Feeder
The High-Capacity Insert Feeder is standard in the FPi 4000 series. This feeder allows up to 300 reply envelopes and even more inserts! It can feed a variety of media from a single layer insert to a pre-folded tri-fold brochure.
Envelope Feeder Options
Depending on the model, the envelope feeder holds up to 100 envelopes, or the HighCapacity Envelope Feeder (shown on the previous page) holds up to 300 envelopes. Both feeders can process envelopes up to 6.5” by 9.5”, covering the essential business needs for invoices, notices, statements, communications and more.
Multiple Exit Options
The included drop tray holds up to 150 envelopes, or the optional High-Capacity Vertical Exit Stacker (shown on the previous page) holds up to 500 Envelopes. Easily upgrade your exit option for your growing business needs.
