As a member of ClubRED, you are automatically enrolled in our exclusive co-op marketing program. The program is designed to help you better position your business in the market by highlighting additional ways to drive awareness to your business.

We developed our co-op program to reward your commitment to the FP brand and to provide support in marketing activities that help your business succeed. Together we can differentiate ourselves and increase customer share through brand awareness.

This co-op catalog may seem robust, but there are elements in here, which you may not have thought about for your own business that we are hoping will be a value-add. If there is something that is not covered in this catalog, we ask that you reach out to us to let us know.

CO-OP Accrual Accumulating co-op funds is simple. Depending on which tier you qualify for in the ClubRED Program, you will receive anywhere between 1-3% of your FP Mailing and Other revenue. You will receive your co-op funds the first week of every quarter.

Co-op funds are based on previous quarter’s performance.

Which Tier Are You In?

Authorized = 1% of your Mailing & Other Revenue

Select = 2% of your Mailing & Other Revenue

Preferred = 3% of your Mailing & Other Revenue

CO-OP EXPIRATION We want you to take advantage of your co-op funds, so you will have six months from the start of the effective quarter to spend your co-op dollars and an additional three months to claim it.

CO-OP NOTIFICATIONS At the beginning of each quarter, the FP ClubRed Admin will send an email communication notifying you that your new co-op funds are available to view via the Dealer Dashboard.

CO-OP Reimbursement Yes, you heard correctly. As long as you’ve got the co-op funds, FP will reimburse you up to 50% for all approved co-op activities.

CO-OP SUBMISSION PROCESS In order to receive your co-op reimbursement, you must submit a co-op claim following this simple process:

1. Login on the ClubRED Loyalty Program Website: www.fp-usa.com/club-red

2. Click “Submit a Co-Op”

3. Fill out the Co-Op form and attach all supporting documents.

Co-op claims are processed within 3 business days of receipt. For questions about your co-op submission, please contact clubred@fp-usa.com

CO-OP ELIGIBILITY As much as we’d love to give you these funds to go have fun with, some structure needs to be put in place. In order to fully redeem your co-op funds, it must be an approved activity by the ClubRED Admin and meet the following criteria: • • • • •

FP must be represented via current FP logo, ClubRed badge and/or FP products and services. Current FP logos can be found at: Must not be deceptive to the customer or violate any law or ordinance.

A copy of the piece (script, ad, video, image of the final product, etc.) must be provided and approved prior to paying for the service or ad placement.

A copy of the invoice for any costs must be provided upon submittal.

If applicable, proof of postage must be provided.

In order to maintain the integrity of the FP brand, please make sure that your co-op redemption activity correctly represents FP and its products.

co-op restrictions FP’s Co-op Program rewards Dealers for activities that promote the partnership between the Dealership and FP. • • • •

Co-op may not be used for the following activities: Membership fees This includes Chamber fees, accreditation fees, organization fees, etc.

TRADITIONAL MARKETING CO-OP ACTIVITIES

Co-op activities include but are not limited to the following:

direct mail Looking to establish a physical bond between your prospective customer and your brand? Direct mailers and printed leave behind materials are a great way to get your message in the hands of your intended recipient.

radio Hyper-local advertising in your local selling area is a great way to get your brand noticed. Place an ad on a popular radio station and create a targeted message that reaches the masses. FP provides co-op support for all AM and FM radio stations in the Dealer’s region.

TRADESHOWS Tradeshows are an easy way to increase brand awareness and target a specific audience. FP can provide a 10’x10’ trade show booth backdrop and table cloth for those that do not have access to one.

Covered costs include: • Exhibitor’s booth space • Electricity for equipment in booth • Booth furnishings (carpet, tables, chairs, etc.)

Open Houses If you’re looking to bring the customers to you, open houses are a nice way to welcome new prospective buyers into your business.

FP is happy to provide support for Dealers who host an open house. Not only will we help cover some of the costs, but we can even provide that extra touch with our 10’x10’ back drop and table cloth.

Covered costs include: • Food and Beverage with maximum of $500 claim • Space furnishings with maximum of $250 claim • Co-branded signage, giveaways, collateral For more information on utilizing FP’s open house resources, please contact the ClubRED Admin at clubred@fp-usa.com

showroom marketing Showrooms are a great place to display FP product and signage and have a proven success rate. FP is happy to offer reimbursement for Dealers who would like to incorporate FP-branded signage, banners and other marketing materials in their office or showroom.

web development The more information at your prospect’s fingertips the higher your conversvion rate. Your website is your one-stop-shop of company and product information. FP offers co-op support for website development and website information updates.

Additionally, FP offers a Dealer Iframe which is HTML coding that you can simply copy and paste into your web coding. To get your hands on our easy-to-implement Iframe HTML, please contact clubred@fp-usa.com Please note: Website development and/or updates must be solelyrelated to FP and its products.

fp brochures Take advantage of our hard work! FP has designed innovative product brochures and we want you to use them! Dealers have the ability to purchase these FP brochures via the Dealer Ordering Website.

telemarketing Don’t have the time or resources to qualify your large list of prospective leads? Dealers may use their co-op funds to contract telemarketing services that aid in identifying prospective customers.

Please note: Telemarketing efforts must be solely for FP prospecting.

fp sponsored events Each year, FP hosts a number of Dealer events. FP will communicate prior to each event, whether the hotel and airfare can be submitted for co-op reimbursement. If pre-approved by FP, a reimbursement of 50% will be awarded provided you have enough co-op funds.

Please note: Food and beverage, entertainment and cab fare/car mileage are not included for reimbursement. Car mileage is only reimbursed if driven to event.

fp training FP loves to educate! The more you know, the better we feel! Join us for a product or technical training class, on the house. We’ll even offer 50% reimbursement on your travel and hotel stay.

Please note: Meals and entertainment are NOT eligible.

co-branded Items To increase brand awareness, Dealers may use co-op funds to purchase co-branded items. Common co-branded item ideas include but are not limited to pens, apparel, car wrap, signage and drinkware.

email marketing Email marketing is an economical way to reach a large audience.

Easily design and develop email campaigns to target your audience. FP even provides a portfolio of email blast templates than can be easily customized to fit your market. For help in creating or customizing email blast templates, please contact the ClubRED Team at clubred@fp-usa.com

advertising FP offers reimbursement for Dealers who would like to advertise their business in print and/or digital. FP is always in support of increasing brand recognition through local and national avenues.

car wraps If you spend a lot of time in your car, we recommend car wrap ad placements. They are a great way to display 24/7 advertising about your Dealership, FP and our products/services. Dealers can use co-op to wrap company vehicles, whether it’s a full or partial wrap.

business cards Business cards are still highly exchanged through business meetings and events. Include FP’s logo on your business cards to be eligible for co-op reimbursement.

INNOVATIVE MARKETING CO-OP ACTIVITIES

display ads Display ads are visual digital ads that appear on third party websites,usually websites that are relevant to your service or product offering. Display ads come as: Static images, text, floating banners, wallpaper ads, popup ads, flash, video, and banner ads.

Typically these ads are relatively affordable if you go through third party sites directly. Some third party sites like the Google Display Network even allow for demographic, geographic, contextual and/or behavioral targeting.

online music streaming advertisement Music streaming is a nice way to get your brand across a large user base, and can be a great way to reach new customers.

Online Music Streaming ad placements range anywhere from video ads, genre, station sponsorship, animated overlays, sponsored listening, and so much more. FP can help support your advertisement needs but we recommend utilizing a local agency for more in-depth ad creations.

Please note: Advertisements must feature FP products only and must not be deceptive to the consumer or violate any law or ordinance. In addition, “FP Mailing Solutions� must be mentioned at least 3 times per 30 second segment, if applicable.

cause marketing The marketing of your business which benefits a nonprofit charity or supports a social cause in some way. Its starts as a mutuallybeneficial marketing partnership between a nonprofit charity and a for-profit business in service of both parties respective business, social or environmental goals.

We will absolutely help you support a good cause, but FP needs to be represented in that partnership.

social media advertising Target your audience perfectly utilizing social media advertising. It allows you to include target options like age, region, interests, educational background and more. A few social media platforms to target are LinkedIn, Facebook, StumbleUpon, Twitter, Google+, etc.

video ads While YouTube ads still hold the title of the most popular, there are different types, formats and content options for video advertisements. These ads are designed to capture the attention of those with a short attention span already in the market to watch online videos.

search engine marketing (sem) SEM is the most dependable form of online paid advertising and can sometimes be the most costly. It works based on keywords, you andother businesses like yours bid on keywords through search engines in an effort to get your website up higher on the Search Engine Results Page (SERP). FP will reimburse your ad cost for either Pay Per Click (PPC) or Cost Per Thousand (CPM). We recommend that you utilize Google AdWords for your SEM, but we will reimburse other platforms used as well, such as Bing.

Please note: The FP name or products must be represented in the keywords, display ad or messaging and ads must be hyper targeted to your demographic (targeting larger demographics will not help conversions). When submitting your co-op claim, please include a list of keywords purchased and a screenshot or image of results.

influencer marketing Influencer Marketing is when a public figure or social blogger/ personalityendorses your product or service. This kind of marketing is taking over social platforms like Instagram because people tend to trust recommendations from people they see as thought leaders. This helps with brand credibility through social media posts or advertisements.

interactive content advertising Interactive content advertising consists of users actually interacting with your brand and content through assessments, polls, surveys, infographics, brackets and contests. One of the largest examples of interactive content advertising is BuzzFeed. They offer advertising to help brands connect with their digital audiences by making and publishing content they will watch and act on.

native advertising These sponsored listings can be found at the end of blog posts, appearing on your social media feeds and posted to other social media platforms. The idea is that these pieces of content are integrated and hidden into the platform on which they appear.

You can promote and post your Native Ads through networks like Revcontent, AdSense, Adblade, Outbrain, Taboola, Earnify, etc. There are several forms of native ads such as in-feed, search ads, recommendation widgets, and promoted listings. We recommend that you find the one that fits best with your overall goals and objectives, but we will reimburse you for all of them.

virtual and augmented reality Yes, this is really a thing! Immerse your customers in a ctruly unique experience by surrounding them with virtual or augmented FP products. We’re happy to help you fund some of this experience.

remarketing/retargeting The best way to market to people who already know about your business or your product and service offerings is to remarket to them. When people visit your site, you drop a cookie on them so that as they navigate around the web your ads will appear over and over to remind them about your product or service. This is one of the most inexpensive forms of online/digital advertising and can drive impressive impression numbers.

FP has a series of remarketing campaigns/digital ad designs that can be made available to you to try on your own Google Remarketing platform, you can design and develop your own.
