Dear Bulldog Fans : Welcome back to another Friday night of high school football. Coach Luker, his staff, and the players have worked hard in the off-season to be prepared to win this fall. Clarke County High School has a reputation across the State of Alabama for playing tremendous football. I believe this year that tradition will continue. It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2021 Football Season! Athletics is the window to our school and is designed to further the educational development of young men through participation. We believe that the commitment, dedication and respect for others experienced in athletics will serve as a foundation of each student’s continued growth and life-long learning experiences. A major focus of our athletic program is to help our student-athletes develop lasting life skills to use as they become productive members of society. Athletic success is most often measured by wins and losses, but the success we take the most pride in is the valuable life lessons that student-athletes learn. Athletics provide many positive attributes in a young individual; develop self-esteem, leadership skills, social interactions and education about healthy lifestyle choices. A positive and strong work ethic can also emerge by being part of a team. Our success relies not only with the young men in our program, their coaches, but also upon the entire school, CCHS Boosters, our parent’s, our alumni, the local business community and the friends and families associated with our football program. It is only through the combination of all that each of you do for this football program, whether through volunteering, fund raising or sometimes making monetary contributes to our ongoing success. A special thank you to the Royal Band of Blue and cheerleaders who have worked extremely hard over the summer attending camps and practicing long hours to get things ready for Friday night football. As we enter the 2021 football season, we want to wish our young men success and hope that they achieve every goal they set for themselves on the football field, in the classroom and in life. We want to thank each of you for helping us and the young men in the football program to achieve our goals, because without your assistance none of it could be possible. Once again, all of this would not be possible without you. Thank you for your continued support! There is no other place like Clarke County High School on a Friday night and we have each of you to thank for that!

Our goal each week will be to not only win but to represent our families, our school, our fans and our communities with humbleness and class.
