Leadership Van Zandt County LVZC is a 10-month adult leadership program available to all citizens of Van Zandt County. Designed to incorporate key leadership objectives, LVZC focuses on professional leadership and community development. Throughout the course of the program schedule, students will be exposed to extensive training from both professional speakers and honorary community leaders as well as participate in various group events that will highlight their personal strengths and the needs of the community.
