OUR WINES
EACH LITTLE GIANT IS HAND CRAFTED FROM PREMIUM REGIONALLY GROWN FRUIT, HARVESTED AND DELIVERED TO THE WINERY FOR DESTEMMING AND FERMENTATION. POST FERMENTATION THE WINES ARE THEN MATURED, FOR REDS IN A COMBINATION OF NEW AND SEASONED FRENCH OAK VESSELS FOR 12 -18 MONTHS, WHILE THE WHITE WINES ARE LEFT ON THEIR FERMENT YEAST LEES IN TANK FOR 3-6 MONTHS.
LITTLE GIANT WINES ARE MODERN EXPRESSIONS OF THE SOUTH AUSTRALIAN TRADITIONAL WINE GROWING REGIONS. THE REDS DISPLAY TRUE VARIETAL CHARACTER, LIFTED IN FRUIT, AND BALANCED WITH ACIDITY AND SOFT GRAINED TANNINS. THE WHITES OFFER BRIGHT ACIDITY, REFINED TEXTURE AND PALATE STRUCTURES, FINISHING WITH FRESHNESS AND EXCITEMENT.
