Both the Vodka and Gins are gluten free and have been infused with delicate native botanicals, with the Vodka’s undergone double distillation then blended with native fingerlime and strawberry gum leaf, for a smoother drinking experience. The dry gin and tonic and pink gin and tonic cans are sugar free and are only 97 calories per can. Tread Softly continues to plant an Australian native tree for every 6 bottles of the range sold.

Pinchgut is a dark at heart rum, aged with rich spices of cinnamon, spiced nutmeg and toffee vanilla. Matured in barrel for over 2 years, the palate showcases depth and richness, together with a smooth complexity of toasted vanilla, orange peel and cinnamon. Rich on the mid-palate with maple that is mouth-watering and lifted spice finish.

Of the many dark stories from the troubled time of 1798, none is more notorious than that of convict Francis Morgan, who was executed on Pinchgut Island and his skeleton then left to hang for four years. According to folklore, knowing his fate, Morgan told the hangman he was consoled by what would be his magnificent view of the harbour.
