El Payador is a contemporary, fruit driven Argentinian Malbec, created in partnership with third generation Mendoza winemaker, Jorge Daniel Falasco. The wine is sourced from a single high-altitude vineyard at over 1200m above sea level and matured in seasoned French oak. The name El Payador refers to the payada – a competitive composing and singing of verses native to Argentina, usually accompanied by guitar.

Il Villaggio Organico is sourced from premium vineyards of some the finest regions from the very north to the ORGANIC very south of Italy. The combination of altitude, mineral soils and protected sites creates richly flavoured but elegant wines. Andrea Sartori has been a pioneer in organic viticulture and the vineyards have been certified organic for up to thirty years.

Fontavera wines are crafted by winemaker Andrea Sartori, the great-grandson of the founder of the familyowned Sartori di Verona Winery in 1898, now considered one of the most important wineries of the North-East. The Pinot Grigio is a result of his ambition, seeking out older, organically farmed vineyards grown on higher, cooler sites.

el cuidador ORGANIC Pazo Cilleiro is located in the municipality of Meis, lying among a network of soft undulating hills and valleys, highlighting the long association of this beautiful area with the culture of grape growing and winemaking.

The climate is hot but with close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, enabling a crucial cooling influence.

El Cuidador is a personal project between Javier Muria and Nicholas Crampton with the aim to create modern site specific organic and sustainable wines. These wines typify the modern Spanish attitude to winemaking – fresh and vibrant wines made with care and with attention to organic viticulture, turning out delicious foodfriendly reds that are true to their variety.

The oldest cellars in Rioja with kilometres of tunnels and over one hundred thousand bottles under cellar dating back to the early 20th century.

Purchased by generation vignerons, the Muriel family, in 2014, the original building has been restored and is now an amazing place to visit.

The vineyards are in the Alto-subzone, the higher altitude of all Rioja’s regions produced the most balanced, fragrant, and long-lived of wines.
